In the great room, we added a masonry fireplace and arched cabinetry to create one of the home’s most inviting spaces. The two-story fireplace was faced in hand-cut pale limestone with a substantial carved mantel and an Isokern firebox, framed by custom inset cabinets with repeated arched glass doors. Loewen windows, Rocky Mountain Hardware fittings, and a hand-forged Paul Ferrante chandelier contributed to the room’s traditional scale without making it feel overly formal. Primary bath uses Roman Clay wall finish, fluted vanities, a full Calacatta slab wall, Victoria + Albert soaking tub, and Kallista fittings. Primary wet room includes an open stone bench shower, ceiling-mounted rain head, hand shower, integrated wall niche, and stone floor with central drain. Secondary bath uses a carved travertine trough vanity with wall-mounted unlacquered brass faucet set, arched mirror, wall-hung toilet, arched shower opening, and full-height stone wall cladding with integrated recesses. Dressing room millwork in rift-sawn oak with arched wardrobe openings, mirrored doors, fluted island detailing, stone-topped center island, glass-front storage sections, drawer banks, and full-height hanging compartments. Utility room is built with continuous white oak lower cabinetry, stone slab counters and backsplash, integrated sink, glass-front upper storage, open display ledges, and side-by-side laundry appliance placement within the millwork run.
